The Founders of Roundhouse Depot Brewing (“RDBC”), owning a brewery was an inevitability like death or taxes. When you are as passionate about beer, brewing, and community as husband and wife team Ron and Kathy Troyer then nothing can stop you from achieving your dreams. After spending countless hours driving from state to state trying various beers all over the Midwest and home-brewing for years they knew it was time to go pro. And it was that spark of passion that brought RDBC and now, Indian Lake Brewing, to fruition.
Steve Wenzlick & Rebekah Smith
Accountants with a passion for craft beer, Rebekah and Steve like to say that all their important decisions have been made over a beer (including opening Indian Lake Brewing)! After buying a house at Indian Lake in 2017, they quickly located the closest brewery, which was Roundhouse Depot Brewing in Bellefontaine. They met Ron and Kathy and the rest, as they say, is history. Rebekah and Steve have always loved the community-centric culture of craft beer – it is that love of community that drives them to bring something special to the Indian Lake community.
